Course Details
Duration: 6 weeks
Sessions: Tuesday evening (1900 - 2030), Thursday evening (1900 - 2030), Saturday morning (1000 - 1300).
Cost: £300
Location: Vesta Rowing Club, Putney, London
Who Should Join?
Whether you're a seasoned athlete from another sport or a complete beginner, this course is designed for anyone ready for a new challenge.
No experience needed — just a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
You'll build fitness, master the fundamentals of rowing, and experience the thrill of moving a boat as a team — all under the guidance of our expert coaches.

There is no obligation to continue or sign-up as a member after the course but we hope you will have enjoyed your time enough that you are interested in joining our Novice Squads in September for the start of the 2025/26 season.
