Account Manager Corporate
To work strategically with a portfolio of direct corporate customers to deliver the budgeted revenue. Develop comprehensive business plans to ensure client retention, long term contracts and competitor lock-out strategies.
Affiliate Manager
The Affiliate Manager is responsible for day to day management of direct and network affiliates to deliver stretching revenue and new customer targets for thetrainline.com
CRM Manager (Email & Online Marketing) – 12 month FTC
The CRM Manager (Email & Online Marketing) is responsible for driving the customer retention program at thetrainline.com. The roles main focus is on email and onsite marketing with the aim of improving levels of customer activity and loyalty.
Marketing Analysis Manager
The Senior Marketing Analysis Manager is responsible for ensuring the Retention Marketing (RM) Analysis team successfully manages analysis which delights our internal and external customers.
Marketing Analyst
The Marketing Analyst will execute a variety of tasks, including the extraction and preparation of data, executing regular and bespoke reporting requirements for customers and supporting the rest of the analyst team in their deliv.
Project Executive
To support the continued growth of the business we are looking for highly motivated individual with an appetite to learn to join the Product Development Team and support a wide range of activities.
Senior Account Manager (Train Operating Companies)
Own the business relationship with a major Train Operating Company client, representing the client’s views within thetrainline regarding its online and mobile channels; managing an Account Manager and virtually manage other staff to deliver key client requirements.

Build and Deployment Architect
To lead our continuous integration and deployment programme. To drive the ongoing architecture, design, configuration and management of an automated enterprise build-pipeline to support multiple development teams working to Agile methods and processes.
Business Analyst – eCommerce
This is an exciting opportunity for an eCommerce Business Analyst experienced in working with the Agile Methodology to apply their strong analytic skills in a new environment with wider opportunities created within self-organising project teams.
Capacity Planning Manager
Responsible for the effective forecasting and planning of the appropriate system capacity in order to satisfy business demand ensuring correct levels of performance and availability of all systems. The scope of the capacity covers all areas, servers, networks, printers, communications etc.
